As part of Work Package 1 (WP1) on “Capacity Building Innovative Plantomics”, two members of the Inplantomics project team, Dr. Rahma Trabelsi and Dr. Rania Djemal, have begun an internship at the University of Helmohltz in Munich, one of our project partners. During this internship, several pipelines for omics experiments will be explored. Among the most important aspects are experimental design, high-throughput phenotyping, sequencing, data processing and analysis using Tunisian wheat germplasm.
