Conference on Plant Omics,
Metagenomics and Data Analysis

9-10 October 2023: An Open plenary conference was organized at Hôtel Occidental Sfax.

This conference aims to show the power of different omics tools in understanding complex biological questions. Different topics have been covered ranging from whole genome sequencing methods, to genome annotation and evolutionary analysis to the comparative genome-wide analysis of transcriptomes and proteomes and the latest bioinformatics tools.

Main topics

-Genome sequencing

-Genome analysis, comparative plant genome analysis

-Proteomics

-Metabolomics

-Plant hormones

-The interactome and network analysis
